World Ends in 2012????

What will happen in the 2012?

People are saying the world ends in 2012. I thought for a while what
is the “World Ends in 2012”. Here I am putting my thought process.

As you know we are living in the solar system, Sun and Moon will have
a lot of influence in our acts. This year,  Sun, Moon and Earth will
come at a certain angle , that will influence the energy level  on the
earth plane a lot. For example, every new moon day and full moon day,
energy levels are so high on the earth..if you see the tides on the
ocean on those particular days..Tides are roaring and want to go
upwards.

What if the Sun also increases their energy level as more than normal
range… Don’t you think there will be tremendous shift on the
earth…Due to this shift, earth will lose gravitation power..It means
the earth will have less weight as compared to normal level. Because
of this upsurge of energy, earth itself loses some weight…What about
the human system? Don’t you think humans also lose weight in a subtle
level…As we know, Human body contains the 70% of liquid…There will
be lot of up surge of energy, and we experience some turbulence in the
human system too..

If we think in terms of physics, every atom or cell is has associated
with ‘Mass’. Even our thought is also associated with mass…As
Einstein said, E= MC square, Mass and Energy are relative…So we
might experience some energy level s are changing due to subtle
changes in our blood flow ( Velocity) and reduction of mass due to
gravitation forces by the effect of Sun and Moon.  This will influence
on our thought pattern, our decision-making on every act…so we might
experience some abnormal behavior without our concern. Because every
thought is associated with mass. For example, On a happy day , we feel
very light …On a bad day , we feel very heavy…Don’t you think so ?

This year will be a critical year for most of us..Earth itself is
experiencing some shift in its energy level. Human system will also
experience some drastic changes in the physical and mental levels..We
are already seeing lot of uncertainity in politically, financially in
a global wide..(E.g., Egypt, Euro Zone Debt crisis, American debt,
Indian corruption, Greek drama, Occupy wall street, Middle East unrest
etc). We accumulated lot of negativity on all these years and it went
to peak in 2011. I hope all these negative things need to end sometime
in coming days due to upsurge energy levels in the human system.  This
energy will improve our conscious level in a natural way and that will
improve the policy changes in politically and economically.

I hope this year could be a natural drift in our thought process as a
whole that in turn shifts into positivity.. This World ends the
negative thought patterns and stepping into new age…This is what I
understood ‘World Ends in 2012’.

Three simple techniques improve your productivity

1)      Daily Plan – Sit down 5 mins everyday to write all things that needs to be done in a notepad. Make a priority on those tasks whether it is a personal or work related. You can put some background color on those tasks (if you use excel sheet) for high, medium, low priority tasks.  You can also list out the everyday mandatory tasks on a separate section in the same sheet (reading newspaper etc). You can also allot tentative timings to complete a task. If you write down those tasks, the mind will automatically adjust itself and work accordingly. If any task will take you less than 5 mins, do it immediately.  Otherwise, these simple tasks will squeeze lot of energy in the mental level. Moreover, there is no hassle in the mind, and you never forget any important tasks. Because, every single thing is written down in a sheet. So you are mentally free.

More important, you need to write it down at the beginning of the dayJ. I am telling you this process will take less than 5 mins.

2)      Creativity – You need to do same thing as above. You are recording your random thoughts or ideas in any day. Sometimes, you will get an idea whether you are having lunch or taking bath or driving a car etc. Just record it in one sentence in a notepad or IPhone or Blackberry or a paper before you are forgetting it. Don’t think it is a silly idea. Because no one can see those ideas except you. So no problem right. Keep all those ideas in one central place. This could be your personal dairy.  Make a plan to review all those ideas occasionally like every 3 days or a week. Once you review it, your mind will think unconsciously day and night. It produces lot of other ideas. This process will take less than 1 min.

3)      Cleansing your unnecessary thoughts –  Sit silently for 15 mins in a comfortable posture  and can take support from a wall, observe your thoughts and important thing is that do not concentrate on any thought (Of course Do not sleep !).  We can call it ‘Conscious Sleep’. Don’t do less than 15 mins and greater than 15mins.  After 15 mins, you will feel absolute stillness in your mind. Just carry that stillness throughout the day. If you are worried or tensioned or some other disturbance at your work place or home, just visualize this silence or stillness and immediately you will see change in you. You may not experience in a day or month. But after couple of months, you will definitely experience. Because we don’t know how much junk we carry in our mind 🙂 (many years of junk).It is like this, we are cleaning externally by doing bath and internally by sweating, urinating etc. How about cleaning mentally. If you don’t clean it, it is like unedited movie. Can you watch unedited movie? That’s why there is lot of confusion in our thoughts, no clarity, fear in taking task, encouraging negative thoughts unconsciously etc. So this is a very simple and powerful process. You are allocating for YOURSELF just 15 mins out of 24 hours in a day for ‘DOING NOTHING’. Do this process in either the early morning or evening, at the same time and place. This will give the long-term benefit that you never imagine. You will experience lot of improvement in physically, mentally and more important your satisfaction level tremendously improves in any task. You need to understand there is SCIENCE behind this process. The science is your mind will stop thinking after 10 mins if you don’t concentrate any thoughts. So you will experience ‘NO MIND’ state after 10 mins.  NO MIND state will produce immense benefits in you. You can do simple research on google. We always think consciously and unconsciously throughout the day (24/7/367 days) and dumping all junk into mind. If you reverse the process, there will be tremendous adjustment in the mental level. We can call it Reverse Engineering.  Building stuff is very difficult and cleaning/removing/ destroying is always is easy and very fast. That you already know :-).   (Warning: Do not do more than 15 mins this exercise and before going to sleep.  Otherwise, your metabolism level will reduce drastically and that is not good for your health).

Implement all these 3 simple DOABLE processes as a ritual. I hope this will take less than 20 mins in your precious time.

Change will happen with simple steps. In a process of change, seeding is most important. Create an environment to sprout the seed and nurture it for a while. Unfortunately, fruits will come at the end.
